Use this hotel for work a bunch. Had a last minute change of plans and Alexis worked with me to move things around. You’ll be hard pressed to find that level of excellent customer service elsewhere. Also, if staying for longer periods, there is a dollar tree and Trader Joe’s for supplies across the street.

I had a GREAT stay. Front desk staff Gabby was very professional and kind the morning of check out. It made me feel special when she offered me a coffee. First impressions are EVERYTHING to me. I will definitely be back simple because of how the rooms was nice Gabby made me feel special. Thanks Courtyard and see you soon.

We stay in Marriott properties as much as we can and are Silver Elite members. Some are better than others. This property was fair and the price was reasonable. The hotel needs some deep cleaning and updating. The room was clean, but we stayed four nights and only received housekeeping one day. The housekeeping was minimal. They changed our towels and made the bed one time. The trash cans were full but never changed. The coffee was never restocked. Staff was nice and the breakfast service was good. We would stay again, but hope that the owners and management would see the need to update and train housekeepers to do a little better job.

I have been a long time repeat customer of this property. I always have a good experience. The shuttle service is reliable, the staff provides good customer service, and the property is well maintained. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the last 10 years while periodically working in Las Vegas and this hotel has been consistently better than most. I will continue to stay here and recommend you do as well. This stay I arrived late in the night and was departing late the next day so I did not wake up until late morning. I stopped by the lobby Bistro for some coffee. Although she was closing down Elaine was very accommodating and was extremely nice. Her smile and positive deminer lit up the room. She really made my day and put me in a great mood. Thank you for the great vibes.

This Marriott Courtyard is a great place to stay. I have been coming here for a couple of months now and the service is great. Service at the front desk, has been excellent. I have dealt mostly with Sydney at the front desk and she has been very compassionate and accommodating with anything I have ask for.

We love this hotel! The full staff has such an amazing focus on customer service. We enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the pool in the early hours. Everyone greets you with a warm and friendly smile. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. They have thought of everything to help make your stay feel like you are home. It is very close to a huge selection of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

When we called for a week parking with a 1 night stay, they told us parking would be free. We agreed to stay there. After we got there, we were told that we had to stay the first night there to get the parking free. We needed the last night stay. What is the difference? You could charge for the room when we got there the first day, then we could park for free. We were very disappointed in the way it worked out. The rooms were really nice though.
